F.A.Q.  (frequently asked questions)

Can we pay (contactless) by card on the campsite?

Yes, you can pay (contactless) with your debit card, bank card and visa/mastercard (and even with your watch or mobile phone) at the reception and/or bar. Cash withdrawals can be made in the village (4km away) (Credit Agricole and La Poste).

Do you take cheques?

We do accept holiday cheques (ANCV), but not bank cheques.

Can we hire a fridge?

Yes, you can hire a fridge, please indicate this when you book. We will then make sure a fridge is ready for you.

Can we freeze cooling elements?

Yes you can, just ask at reception and we will help you (€2 p.d.).

Are cots and high chairs available for hire?

Yes, both cots and highchairs are available for hire. It is nice if you indicate this when booking or at least before arrival, so we can make sure they are ready for you.

Are pets welcome?

Sure, cozy. Please indicate this with your reservation.

Is it cold at night?

As we are at 600m altitude (therefore less bothered by mosquitoes) it can certainly cool down in the evening. An extra jumper is therefore wise. Of course, you can also warm up by the fireplace.

Is it allowed to light a campfire near the mobile homes, caravans or tents?

No, unfortunately not, but …. we have a central fire pit where you can and may always light a fire. You just need to inform the campsite managers in advance. Next to the fire pit you will find extinguishing sand and/or water for emergencies. A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket can be found around the corner to the left inside the recreation room.

Which days are arrival days?

All days of the week are possible arrival and departure days, this is to get around the black Saturdays.
