General booking and rental conditions
We ask you to pay a 30% deposit within 1 week of making your reservation. We ask you to pay the remaining 70% no later than 6 weeks before arrival. You pay 100% if you book within 6 weeks of arrival.
After making your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice attached. This invoice states the payment terms and amounts. You can transfer them to us or pay via the link in the e-mail.
If cancelled up to 6 weeks (42 days) before the day of arrival, 10% of the rent will be charged.
If the cancellation takes place within 6 weeks (42 days) before the day of arrival, we will unfortunately not refund. You should then use your travel cancellation insurance.

Below you will find some practical information:
Wi-Fi Code: There are several Wi-Fi stations on the campsite. Switch to the strongest signal in time. The password is always: FrEeWiFi. The signal is strongest at the bar and at the reception.
Opening hours of the campsite and reception: The gate is normally open from 8:00 to 23:00.*
Plan your arrival: Due to departing guests and any necessary actions afterward (such as mowing a pitch or cleaning a mobile home), our rule is that you arrive after 15:00. If you happen to arrive early, enjoy the surroundings and the beautiful lake.
If you find the gate closed, park next to the kayak under the large campsite sign and walk up along the gate.
The reception is open from 9:15 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to approximately 17:00. If you urgently need us outside these hours, please call or message us.
Departure: All good things come to an end, unfortunately also your holiday with us. Please do not leave before 8:00 and no later than 11:00.
Bread Service: Until 16:00 you can place your bread order online via www.lesoustran.com/en/pain/, the next morning, you can collect and pay for your bread at the bar between 8:30 and 10:00.*
Restaurant/Snack: Fries and snacks can be ordered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday between 17:00 and 18:15. The restaurant is open every day except Monday from 19:00. Reservation is required and can be made at the reception. On Thursday evenings, we have the cozy “long table dinner” with grilled chicken legs, fries, and salad! On Sunday evenings, we organize a delicious BBQ.* During special themed weeks (sculpture and hiking weeks), the restaurant operates on a table d’hôte basis. Reservations are also required.
Bar: Open every day except Monday, from 17:00 until no later than 23:15/23:30.*
General Fire Pit (camp) at the Bar: Can only be used with permission from the campsite owners. A bucket of water must be ready for emergencies. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located immediately to the left inside the recreation room.
Washing/Drying Machine: In the sanitary building on the ladies’ side, there is a washing machine and dryer. Instructions for use, costs, and payment methods are displayed there.
Waste: At the bottom of the driveway, there are 3 bins for general waste. Glass, plastic, paper, and cardboard can be disposed of in the village (recycling center), towards the Intermarché (on the right just after Gammvert), or at the Déchèterie (follow the signs in the village). A compost bin is located at the top of the driveway (ATTENTION: ONLY GREEN WASTE).
Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:15 to 19:00 (exceptions possible). Our pool is approximately 8 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.35 to 1.7 m. Showering and foot baths are mandatory; swim shorts with pockets and T-shirts are not allowed. Neuvic and Liginiac, approximately 4 km from the campsite, have sandy beaches for a refreshing swim in the lake; this can also be reached on foot from the campsite.
Chemical Toilet: You can empty and clean your chemical toilet on the right outside next to the sanitary building.
Cleaning of Sanitary building: Twice a day, between 12:00 and 14:00 and in the evening.* Of course, we also do checks in between. Disabled toilet and shower facilities are available on request.
Dogs: We love dogs, but not everyone does. Therefore, dogs must be on a leash throughout the campsite. A walking route is shown on the back of this paper (near the campsite there are bins for dog waste bags). Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the campsite. Dogs are not allowed in the sanitary buildings or in the recreation room. Thank you for your understanding.
Children’s Play Forest: Building a hut is allowed; the forest is accessible from 12:00 until 18:00 and is used entirely at your own risk (children and parents). Respect nature and consider campers near the play forest. Be careful and avoid risky behavior.
Play Field/Trampoline: Can be used until 22:00 at the latest unless stated otherwise by the managers, for evening quiet. Use at your own risk.
Tips:
– Badminton and table tennis rackets, as well as other outdoor toys, can be borrowed.
– Rent a kayak and explore the lake—splashing is encouraged!
– Walk or run a “Pellachal” loop. Routes from 2 km up to 7 km possible.
– Always fun: a treasure hunt on the campsite or a geocaching route outside the campsite. Ask for details.
The following is NOT allowed:
Barbecue: Only gas barbecues are permitted. Charcoal barbecues are not allowed on the campsite. We organize a communal barbecue evening once a week at the restaurant instead.
Washing Cars/Caravans: Not allowed. There is a car wash in the village.
Car Charging: It is strictly forbidden to charge your car electrically at the campsite! Charging stations can be found in the village and at Neuvic beach. Other options are available in Ussel, approximately 20 km from the campsite.
Drones: It is strictly forbidden to operate a drone from the campsite.
Above the campsite and in the immediate surroundings: Flying a drone without the campsite owners’ permission is prohibited! This is to protect the privacy of our guests, neighbors, and the animals (especially on farms).
